Every year, the college basketball season gets underway with a series of invitational tournaments around the world. The 2015-16 stretch will welcome a new contest organized by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame right here in Miami. The Hoophall Miami Invitational will feature matchups between some of the most successful college basketball teams in recent history. Last year’s nearly-undefeated second-place Kentucky Wildcats will take on South Florida, and Ohio State is scheduled to face Memphis in this one-day doubleheader.
